Kick-off meeting (M1)

The first meeting will be devoted to refining the main activities and tasks according to the objectives and expected results of the project. Detailed planning for the first 6 months of the project will also take place, especially those related to IO1 and C1. Partners will discuss the organizational structure of the project, update and complete the partnership agreement documents, organization of future meetings and discuss the creation and finalization of a general agreement on the project monitoring and evaluation systems. Moreover, responsibilities will be assigned for all planned activities to ensure the timely and the effective achievement of project deliverables. A clear agenda with a checklist of tasks for future activities will be created and potential risks will be identified and discussed within the consortium.
